Muddle 2 cucumber slices and 1 lemon slice in
1/2 oz simple syrup at bottom of copper mug.
1 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
Stir. Fill glass with ice and top with club soda.
Note: For large mugs, use 3 cucumbers, 2 lemons, 3/4 oz simple syrup, 1 1/2 oz rum, and 1 1/2 oz ginger liqueur.
The Porch Reviver
1 1/2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
4 sprigs of mint
3/4 oz cucumber-rosemary simple syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
Muddle blackberries, mint, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker then add remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into glass with ice. Top with club soda and give a quick stir. Garnish with extra ingredients from garden.
1.25 oz Barrel Aged Reserve Rum
1 oz Cocktail & Sons Spiced Demerara Syrup
1.5 oz cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail)
0.5 oz coconut water
0.25 oz lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir in mixing glass with ice and serve up for a sweet treat with a strong punch or on the rocks for a mellowed down version
