TASTING ROOM EXCLUSIVES:
First, we have a few bottles of our Rhum Agricole left. It is an extra special release made from fresh sugarcane juice (which we chopped and juiced ourselves) and fermented using 100% wild yeast.
Pro tip: use this in a Watermelon Daiquiri for a bright, crisp cocktail perfect for the New Orleans tropics.
Single Barrel #63 is a Cask Strength release with an undoubtedly Jamaican feel to it. Despite its 113 proof, it brings a smooth nougaty richness and does not shy away from being funky.
Single Barrel #37 is for all of our Scotch drinkers out there. Aged in an ex-bourbon cask with a bit of campfire on the back end, the subtle smokiness is just light enough to beat the summer heat.
