Harvest Moon1.5 oz Overproof Rum
0.75 oz Liber & Co. Blood Orange Cordial 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice 10 dashes Angostura bitters 1 egg white (or 1 oz aquafaba) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and DRY SHAKE (without ice). Then add ice and shake until cold (but not too long). Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg. |
Air Mail1.5 oz Amer Herbal Rum Liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lime juice 0.5 oz Barrel Aged Honey* 0.25 oz water* Brut sparkling wine/champagne 1. Stir first four ingredients in bottom of cocktail shaker until completely mixed. 2. Add ice and shake. 3. Strain over fresh ice into Collins glass and top with sparkling wine. *Note: when using a thick honey, make a 2:1 honey:water syrup ahead of time. |

2 scoops Leisuremann's Mai Tai Mix + 2 oz water Stir mix with water until dissolved (about 30-45 seconds), then add spirit and ice. |

0.5 oz El Guapo Strawberry Syrup 0.5 oz fresh lime juice 1.5 oz Harmless Harvest coconut water Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into coup glass. |

1.5 oz El Guapo Strawberry Syrup 1 oz coconut cream (unsweetened) 2 cups ice Blend all ingredients together (scale up or down depending on size of blender). *Makes 2 drinks |
