Horch-HOT-a
Serves approximately 30-35 drinks
3/4 bottles Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
1.25 gallons Horchata (make your own or purchase pre-made)
7 oz (1/2 can) coconut cream
Spice blend (1/2 nutmeg, 5 allspice berries, 3 cardamon berries, 1 star anise, 5 cloves, 1 stick cinnamon, 1/4 tsp vanilla)
1.5 lemons (juiced)
10 dashes Angostura bitters
Heat up Horchata, coconut cream, and spice blend in pot until near boiling (but not quite) and then let simmer to blend flavors. At warm drinking temperature, stir in rum, lemon, and bitters.

8 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
~2.5 quarts Fruit Loops Clarified Milk*
1 quart simple syrup
Orange bitters to taste

Combine the following and stir:
5 oz pineapple juice
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz lime juice
1 bottle Cocktail & Sons Fassionola Syrup
A healthy splash of rum; save rest of bottle for later
Many dashes El Guapo Polynesian Kiss bitters
Separately, heat 1 gallon of milk with 1 /3 box Fruit Loops Cereal
Once milk is near boiling, remove all cereal pieces and carefully pour milk into citrus mixture
Let milk curdle and separate in refrigerator for at least 24 hours
Strain ~2.5 quarts worth of clarified milk mixture to use for cocktail

Mix clarified Fruit Loops milk with remainder of ingredients and serve in glass with crushed Fruit Loops rim

3 L soda water (add immediately before serving)

Serve over crushed ice to ensure proper dilution
*Heat 2 cups honey, 10 cups sugar, and 14 cups water in large pot until ingredients start to mix. Add 1/2 flat of strawberries (sliced) and bring to boil. Keep syrup cooking just below a boil, skimming any foam off top as needed, until strawberries turn very pale in color. Strain strawberries from syrup and let cool.
