For Best Results, Drink on Porch.Muddle 2 cucumber slices and 1 lemon slice in
1/2 oz simple syrup at bottom of copper mug. Add: 1 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum 1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur Stir. Fill glass with ice and top with club soda. Note: For large mugs, use 3 cucumbers, 2 lemons, 3/4 oz simple syrup, 1 1/2 oz rum, and 1 1/2 oz ginger liqueur. |
The Porch Reviver1 1/2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
3 blackberries 4 sprigs of mint 3/4 oz cucumber-rosemary simple syrup 3/4 oz lime juice Muddle blackberries, mint, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker then add remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into glass with ice. Top with club soda and give a quick stir. Garnish with extra ingredients from garden. |
Don't Be Basic2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino 1 oz El Guapo Creole (Pecan) Orgeat syrup 3/4 oz lemon juice 3 Dashes El Guapo Chicory-Pecan bitters 2 Dashes Angostura bitters Stir in glass with ice and strain. Serve neat (or on the rocks) with a lemon peel. |
