Muddle 2 cucumber slices and 1 lemon slice in
1/2 oz simple syrup at bottom of copper mug. Add: 1 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum 1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur Stir. Fill glass with ice and top with club soda. Note: For large mugs, use 3 cucumbers, 2 lemons, 3/4 oz simple syrup, 1 1/2 oz rum, and 1 1/2 oz ginger liqueur. |

3 blackberries 4 sprigs of mint 3/4 oz cucumber-rosemary simple syrup 3/4 oz lime juice Muddle blackberries, mint, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker then add remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into glass with ice. Top with club soda and give a quick stir. Garnish with extra ingredients from garden. |
