Broad Street Hurricane

1 1/2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
1/2 oz Overproof Rum
1/4 oz Peychaud's Aperitivo
3 oz pineapple juice
1 3/4 oz passion fruit juice
1/2 oz lime juice
3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
3 dashes Angostura bitters

​Shake all ingredients and serve in hurricane glass.  Garnish with fruit of choice.

Mai Tai

1 1/2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
3/4 oz Liber & Co. Almond Orgeat Syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange curacao
2 dashes El Guapo Polynesian Kiss bitters

Shake all ingredients, strain, and serve over ice.​

Polynesian Jungle Bird

1 1/2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
3/4 oz Campari
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes El Guapo Polynesian Kiss bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in your favorite tropical drink vessel.

One Night at the Crescent Palm

1 1/2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
3 oz Toddy Palm Drink
1/2 oz banana flower simple syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
3 dashes El Guapo Love Potion no. 9 bitter

​Combine in a glass and serve over ice.

Maypop Swizzle

2 1/2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
2 1/2 oz Passion Fruit simple syrup*
1/4 oz lime juice

To swizzle:
3/8 oz blackberry simple syrup (1/4 oz plus one bar spoon)
1 bar spoon pomegranate juice
1 dashes Angostura bitters

Mix rum, passion fruit, and lime and pour into glass filled with crushed ice.  Combine all swizzle ingredients, pour on top of cocktail, and swizzle.

*For best results, make syrup using fresh passion fruits.  Can replace syrup with passion fruit juice and adjust lime based on sweetness level.
