3 oz Toddy Palm Drink
1/2 oz banana flower simple syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
3 dashes El Guapo Love Potion no. 9 bitter
Combine in a glass and serve over ice.

Maypop Swizzle2 1/2 oz Traditional Pot Distilled Rum
2 1/2 oz Passion Fruit simple syrup* 1/4 oz lime juice To swizzle: 3/8 oz blackberry simple syrup (1/4 oz plus one bar spoon) 1 bar spoon pomegranate juice 1 dashes Angostura bitters Mix rum, passion fruit, and lime and pour into glass filled with crushed ice. Combine all swizzle ingredients, pour on top of cocktail, and swizzle. *For best results, make syrup using fresh passion fruits. Can replace syrup with passion fruit juice and adjust lime based on sweetness level. |
